You set a value on it. From 1-100.. The smaller the number the more
priority on that record.. 

10 is primary and 20 is secondary in all the ones I build.

I know how to create a mx record

How can I have a fall over mx record

so incase the first mx record fails
meaning the mail server is down

then it sends to the second mx record
where there is another mail server
setup waiting for mail to come
