-make the standalone machines workgroup name the same as the domain name
you want to authenticate
-export the user names to a file and import them to the standalone
machines local accounts
-duplicate all the passwords

anyone else have any better ideas?

Hello and Sorry everybody.

I remember someone has asked this before, but I can't find the email!
Here it is:

We have one IIS-FTP Server on W2K-Server. This server is not joined to
the
domain, but it's connected to the internal network. Now, because ftp
authentication is on username/password, is there anyway we can use
domain
users for authenticating without joining this server to the domain?

Thanks,
Mota
