You have 3 separate forests correct? Where do they all point for DDNS. What does Netdiag /test:dns /fix yield from each DC? The simplest way to replicate across different AD domains would be to setup the replicas as secondary of the main DDNS server. Hope that made some sense... AD integrated zones do not seem to replicate between domain trees in the forest.
