Where do they point for DDNS? I have all my DC's point to one primary DDNs server that is then replicated off to secondary in that same domain with AD. And to a few remote domains as secondary..

The simplest way to replicate across different AD domains would be to setup the replicas as secondary of the main DDNS server. Hope that made some sense... The reason I ask is that I could not even get the transitive trust to work properly between the two domains (in the same forest) until all the SRV records were in both zones. AD integrated zones do not seem to replicate between domain trees in the forest.
