I view M$ site and it looks like XP is a upgrade for Windows 9X or NT 4 
Workstation, not NT 4 Server.

I think the outcome may be a 16-lb sledgehammer...  or a fresh install of 
NT.  I have a feeling I am going to find out what their backup process is 
like also...
