It is probably the same person who could not figure out why they were not receiving email. For three weeks, on and off, he could not fix it. Nobody bothered to read the entire contents of the email when it was rejected are sent back to the sender. Something about no DNS. Took me about 30 seconds to figure that one out...
So after I explained, on paper, what needed to be done, like contact AT&T about dong their DNS and MX records, they finally received email. Of course I had no guts to charge my mom, but tonight is going to be different.
