Well to make a long story short. I have no idea what is going on at my
mom's place of business. I looked at the server last night and it still
has NT 4 on it. But nobody there knew the Administrator password to get
into it. Their "computer expert" was gone for the day. (If is was up to
me, he would be gone permanently.)

I guess they never successfully upgraded to XP. XP could have checked the
current OS and found that it could not upgrade. I am going to test that
here today, upgrade from NT Server to XP and see what happens.

Problems they have:
Cannot login to the server.
Server is not on the network.

Solution, other than hang their computer administrator, call him and get
the password or do password recovery. I offered to do password recover,
but they were going to try to contact their administrator first. So I got
off the hook last night ;).

Lets see if a get a phone call today...
