Is anyone using Veritas NetBackup Datacenter 3.41 to backup W2K Server boxes that are also Domain Controllers? Can you give me a brief overview? We have an existing system for NT4. The consultants are not sure if it will backup AD. I suspect NetBackup can backup AD. However a search of the Veritas Site yields no hits on "Active Directory".
The consultants think we need just the NetBackup Client and the Open Transaction Manager "OTM". I do not have a good confidence level about this working. Seems to me, there should be an AD agent to install.
