They tell me they got a good system state backup from Net Backup. We will probably do a test restore of a test OU this week.
It was about 2-3 months ago when we tried a restore and failed. I have forgotten the details. Time to go read the docs. I believe we have the tape team restore AD to a file located someplace other than where they got it from. From there we use utilities and the restored file, to bring back part or all of AD depending upon our need. Does this sound correct?
