I am testing a free mail server called ArGoSoft Mail Server for a client so he can pull mail for his domain to a local server then use other PCs on the LAN to pull their messages from it but when I start it up on my Windows 2000 Pro PC it says: Error starting POP3 server: [10048] Address already in use
I have looked for a service but see none, tried to find a way to open IIS Administration but see nothing and can't find iis.mmc on the drive. Does anyone know how to shut down the POP3 service on my PC?
