I have an NT4 domain with several shared HP5Si printers running off the
domain controller. Recently I added a network segment that doesn't
participate in the domain (to limit traffic) with the exception of one
2000Server box (dual nic's). The other segment boxes are NT4. I need to be
able to print to one of the shared printers from one of those non-domain
member NT machines. TCP/IP and NetBeui are the protocols in use.

I've created a printer on the 2000Server machine which maps to one of the
domain shared printers and can print to it fine from there. If I share it on
the 2000Server machine I can connect to it from the segment's NT boxes but
when I try to print I get an error message on the 2000Server machine. Is
this because I'm in effect sharing a share?

Is there a way you can suggest to simply access these domain printers from a
non-member box?
