Person A logs on, no desktop, fix, then logs out. When person A logs on again, the desktop shows up. When person B logs no, no desktop, fix, then logs out. When Person B logs on again, it shows. But, if person A comes back to log on, no desktop.
Admin, Domain Admin, Locad Admin, Users.. all the same problem.
