Well, being that these are Windows machines we are talking about, and they do have a tendency to mysteriously go down without notice during the work day..... No seriously, I will wait to night-time and/or weekends to do a lot of my maintenance or unknown product installations. If you don't know what is going to happen from an install or a reboot, you are just running a huge risk. but, I will do some things during the day. I work hard, and a lot of hours. I don't kneed to put in more because my 4.0 box needs to be rebooted for every little change I make to it. Sorry, went on a little rampage there. manage your time well, if you pay attention there are times you wont make too much of an impact with a reboot. Remember....you work to live not live to work.
