Some other things to do: Test your backups (make sure you know how to restore everything from backup BEFORE you actually have to). Hotfixes/service packs Creating baselines and then putting together monitoring to let you know if something is wrong or if you need to upgrade something. Documentation. What's the architecture? What servers are running what? What's your disaster recovery plan? Looking at new technologies that can help you manage better. Even if you have no budget to speak of you can still find lots of little applications that will improve your network.
