I just thought I would pass this on... I expect some of you may have/seen are using this tool but for those who haven't take a look as we have found it extremely useful and dirt cheap.
www.dameware.com This basically gives you the general system utils, reporting, and most importantly remote control of clients - 1 license covers as many clients you wish to connect to as necessary or want. Its quick, easy to use and worth its weight in gold I feel. Have a look as you get a 21 day trial or something...
