Well, if you think about it and look at the user rights assignments, power
user in Win2k is more like a domain user in NT 4.0. Personally, I don't
think I would set anyone up on win2k with less than power user rights,
though. My 2 cents.

For those who want to know here is the answer.... It sucks but here it is.
( the Article refers to XP but from what I've seen, it applies to 2000 as
well)

Lets make sure I get this Correct....
1. By default in Win2k/NT/XP local users (non Admins or Power Users) do not
have the rights to install local Printers 2. I am in a Windows 2000/AD
environment is there any way to allow users to do this without giving them
at least Power User rights?
