Should be simple enough then to just run DCPROMO to remove AD and then rebuild it. Again, you would be doing this for the benefit of the other computers and for your current AD structure.

Removing AD from the DC needing to be rebuilt would be for the benefit of the other DC's, and you will need to make sure that your FSMO roles are assigned correctly - any FSMO roles this DC currently has would need to be reassigned. Do that before removing AD (obviously, since you can't do it after). If you only have the one DC, do whatever you want. I suppose that a bit more information would be in order.
