Hi Ed... if elkins can get to the point where it says that he is denied access. then I am sure he has changed his working directory on the command prompt to the folder that contains the cmdcons ... but elkins.. try this as well... just go thru the command prompt go to the i386 folder and then type it in as Ed wants you to.. no harm in trying it out once.,.... one more attempt.. no harm in that.
