We use Trend Micro's Neat Suite. They have a HTTP filter for MS Proxy 2 (don't know about ISA) - works great. We also use the use Server Protect and ScanMail for Exchange 5.5. Very little performance hit. We have 1 subnet and about 100 users. Note - Inoculan uses the MAPI API for its MS Exchange scanner - it absolutely killed our server's performance, that is why we went to Trend.
