We use MimeSweeper. It is similar to Sybari in that they use a 3rd party scanner, but we found their content scanning to be superior. We use InocuLAN to scan files on the server and desktop. Product is solid, but I HATE CA.

What Sybari do best is to interfacing to the Exchange store and using other vendor anti-virus scanning solutions to do the work.
