I seriously doubt these movies are coming through email, so attachment blocking isn't going to help. They are usually well over 500MB, and I would imagine you would notice this traveling in your mail system.

Then depending on the program block the ports it uses (this will also give you an idea if anyone has larger movie files :) ).
