Depended on the company maybe they don't have any secrets they mind others getting their hands on. Think about it ... 650 megs is a lot more than 1.44 . You can fit a lot of data quick (depending) on those CDs. Why a company would give that power to so many people boggles me. Taking away floppy drive access is a regular practice in a lot of companies I've been to. Guys...This is also relevant to the company it is and the security risk it's willing to take.
