Can you stop the service which is locking the files in use?
I used to script it to stop the services, run robocopy, start services back
up. This was just to back up a few directories, so I'm not sure what you
have in mind. If this isn't possible, then the solution perhaps something
like St. Bernard's Open File Manager which I believe also works with Legato.
