We have the same problem here, I recall reading somewhere that to get higher connection speeds you need digital modems. I have not had a chance to look in to this further since we only have a few users using it, it is not a high priority. If I can remember where I read that, I will post it.

I'm being told that the reason nobody is able to connect at a higher speed than 21,600 is that when it goes through the PBX the conversion from digital to analog it's baud rate gets cut in half. I have not found any info on this but can only imagine that this could be the case.
