This may be off topic, as I am not sure how broadly this list covers "NT Administration."
I have created a Macro in MS-Word that I need to deploy to all our clients. It is to be accessed via a toolbar button that should be continually present, whether a user loads a template or creates a new document. The clients are configured with their own unique copy of Office that has been either deployed by an Office Administration point, or installed locally from their own discs. I believe I need to replace all the clients' normal.dot file with a version which contains the Macro embedded in it.
