Although you could replace the Normal.dot file, doing so also poses the risk
of losing some custom settings and other macros the user may already have.
Plus, the Normal.dot has a bad habit of getting corrupted and needs to be
erased so a new version can be created.

A better method is to place another template file containing your macro in
the Word start-up folder. Then it will be loaded everytime Word is started.

The Word startup folder is usually located at
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\StartUp
