Yeah.  I hope so.  Because I would like to say, he is a jerk ( and I am sensoring 
myself).  This is the kind of guy that give IT/IS a bad name.  It sounds like his 
career should follow the same path the the senioe dev guy has.  Then he can have all 
the extra time to spend on his boat that he wants.

anyway, until I can get at the root of the problem.  He doesn't feel like
returning my calls, tho... The ones that ask, "Uh, what did you change?",
