Luke,

Are you trying to add the new Win2K server (I assume AD is installed, making
it a DC) to an existing WinNT4.0 domain? Not possible. Win2K DC cannot exist
in a domain where an NT4.0 PDC exists - they are both trying to do the same
job.

The Win2K DC needs to start in it's own domain. You can get the BDC's to
join it, but not the PDC.
