How about just stop the spooler service while you determine the cause? You say it is printing to all printers? Does this person have every network printer installed?

I am about to limit each printer, I have about 18, to only those who need it. I looked at the options, it's a Win2K server, and there wasn't one that I could see to disallow her permission to print, so it appears I will have to change permissions on all the printers instead. She is the president's assistant, so I cannot rip her offline and figure out what is happening from there.
