Subject: Haywire printers

When one user logs on to her machine in the morning, it sends print
commands to all the network printers. Reams of paper spew forth from the
fastest of the printers. Just one or two lines of gobbldygook across the
top of the sheet. At the server each printer says it is printing
something like an offline document from her.

Anyone had this happen to them? I am about to limit each printer, I have
about 18, to only those who need it. I looked at the options, it's a
Win2K server, and there wasn't one that I could see to disallow her
permission to print, so it appears I will have to change permissions on
all the printers instead. She is the president's assistant, so I cannot
rip her offline and figure out what is happening from there.

Any ideas?
