� Load Active Directory Users & Computers � Locate the user account you wish to make the fix for
� Open the user account properties � Go to the profile tab � Set the Home Folder to Local Path and leave the box blank � Reboot your machine and notice how long it takes to logon.

We have similar problems with XP and AD.
It seems as though when the user has a home drive mapped it takes an age to
log on, but when this is removed and My Documents redirected to
where their home drive was the problem vanishes.
