It's amazing. I have surge protection, lightening protection, off site
storage, FM2000 fire suppressant systems, etc.

NEVER FREAKING THOUGHT ABOUT THE DAMN A/C UNIT.

Thanks for the suggestions

Regards,

Ed

Looking for perhaps a solution.

Today my server room went up to about 90 degrees in a matter of 30 minutes.
Reason: Because the A/C unit failed.

Fortunately I happened to walk in and notice it. I had the problem resolved
in a couple of minutes.

Bad Scenario: The same happens on a Friday at 5:00 PM. Nobody is in the
server room again until Monday morning.

Situation: A bunch of servers that are almost useless due to blistering hot
components.

Does anybody know of a device/application that will notify if the room
temperature goes beyond a specific threshold?

Thanks

Ed
