Yuk.

Start with the logs - I've seen plenty of log messages thrown when
replication isn't working for one reason or another.

Also check DNS - its possible that there is a DNS issue preventing the
replication from occuring.

Other than that, I'd bounce the non-replicated box and see what's happening
after the bootg.
