Perhaps, but perhaps a bit harsh.    I've seen many a small business sold a
bill of goods by "technologists" who neglect to tell them details about a
technology they are buying (yearly license fees, need for patches, etc.)  Of
course, the people selling these products are no different then any other
product that has hidden costs that salesman neglect to mention.....
