Did you mean to say you have tried to uninstall NAV but were unable to do so? If so, that's a serious problem in itself. Note, it doesn't take many hours in troubleshooting before it's more efficient to ghost or backup/wipe/rebuild.

In addition this system sometimes has problems when opening Windows Explorer, it will just show the searching flashlight in the right pane.
