Hmmm, actually there's no particular reason that we're not using telnet now
that I think about it, but I will evaluate that as an alternative - thanks!

Any further comments about the pros and cons of each (TELNET, RCMDSVC,
RCONSOLE) is welcome.

Regards,
/c

I have never used them but is there a reason you do not want to use the
normal telnet service that comes built into Windows 2000?
I personally use this for work and do not allow incoming telnet sessions
to pass thru my firewall to keep everything secure.
Just wanted to add this for food for thought.
