As people have said in the past, it's usually an unacknowledged event, however I would suggest searching the Veritas Knowledgebase at www.veritas.com -- it is extremely thorough and if you put in your keywords correctly you'll get some pretty good results. I think the public knowledgebase might be the same one the techs use when you ring up Veritas for help, which is why I will always use the knowledgebase first before I would ever resort to ringing them.
