No. If you're in an Active Directory environment and all your servers
and clients are Windows 2000 or greater, do this:  (1) Point your PDC
Emulator at an external ntp server using the /setsntp switch. (2) Go to
lunch. You're done.

All other DC's will set their time to the PDC Emulator. All member
servers and clients will set their time to their authenticating DC
during logon, and again at periodic intervals (in case you rarely log on
or off). You do not need to do anything to make this happen, AD takes
care of everything for you (once the PDC Emulator has been configured,
as I said).

If you have Win9x or NT clients or servers, you will need to explore
alternative methods for those boxes.
