Comp Time...whats that? -----Original Message----- From: Wilson, Fenton [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, June 24, 2003 10:49 AM To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: RE: Comp Time Question - a little OT
Typical here is that I would get 4 hrs comp time - to be used in hour increments -- up to 2 hrs, but not half a day. I have been asked to find out what other companies do to compensate their employees for working off hours(nights, weekends), beyond their normal workweek. Example: If I have to come in on a Saturday to install a new antivirus package and it take 4 hours, do I get 4 hours off during the week or what?
