More #define moves and additions to info.html and textinfo.html.
This completes a process of moving all #define parameter values into
ntop.h and globals.h (rather than scattering them through the code) and
creating a report - textinfo.html - which reports all of the settings for
use in bug reports.
Actually, there are still a few more that might move, and some localized
#defines left in place (because they truly are localized, or are part of
code including in ntop from other sources), but this is the end for 2.1
- unless somebody finds and reports a bug.
