Fix tcp wrappers detection.
Previously, it was implicitly assumed by the code that if ./configure
found tcpd.h, then -lmysqlcient would also work.
In situations where partial installs of tcp_wrappers existed, this
caused a problem which was reported during the detection for libcrypt,
because the -lmysqlclient couldn't be resolved.
./configure now explicitly tests for libmysqlclient.so.
