Limit the # of "DANGER" messages you get per purge cycle -- it prevents swamping
the log (and if you ignore 10, well, 65K isn't going to change anything)

note that this doesn't fix what appears to be the underlying cause, that is ntop
being cancelled with the mutex held. Still investigating how to solve that...
