Fixup ./configure -- using the AC_ARG_WITH macros it's --with and --without
not --enable and --disable
Look at ./configure --help for the full set of choices.
Also removed []s from config.h -- shouldn't matter as 1.6 handles this correctly,
but it may be confusing the so-called (and not-too) "smart" automake's...
