Fixup the handling of "ed argumets. The " was getting stripped off during
effective argument handling (the @filename fix) and so it was getting
translated into TWO arguments, which ntop then taged as bogus
--filter-expression "host 192.168.1.1" became --filter-expression host and a
2nd arg, 192.168.1.1
