Log Message:
This is the non-plugins portion of a log message cleanup.
Add some, reword some, remove some.
This should give a steady progression of messages as ntop starts up,
esp. during the long pause while rrd seemed to initialize (it was
actually allocated structures, but had no traceEvent() messages).
