Three different fixes:
- Support for Burton's change of setting resolved host name for FC entities.
There are three possible resolved names in FibreChannel (FC): Alias, WWN
or FC address, in descending order of priority/availability.
- Support for network load page (throughput graph and matrix) for captured
files.
- Additional fixes for FC due to change in how FC data structures are
allocated in HostTraffic object.
