Fixed bugs related to the new ntop configurator:
- Web/SSL addresses can now be specified as "addr:port" similar to their
command line counterparts.
- Radio button handling was incorrect. Fixed.
- Fixed a couple of invalid memory access crashes.
- Fixed correct handling of string preferences that are empty.
