Yeah, well, a lot of stuff happens in 2-4 hours and I've got no clue where to begin to debug without the gdb output.
If somebody captures it, I'll look at it. Otherwise, 2.2 runs on my machine for days, weeks at a time... I can't recreate the problem... One thought, what version of glibc are y'all running? I know of a problem with 2.3+, which I'm working on a patch for - it will be the key item for 2.2a. -----Burton -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Scott Stone Sent: Friday, June 06, 2003 1:11 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Ntop] Ntop randomly hangs I have this exact same problem with 2.2 ... I submitted a bug report, and was given instructions to run through the debugger, which I have not yet had time to do.. in the meantime, I have 2.1.56 running - although it's a development version, it seems to work better than either 2.1.3 or 2.2, and it's been running now for days with no hangs. running SuSE 8.1, kernel 2.4.19 --- Devdas Bhagat <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I am trying to develop a small monitoring system around ntop.
