AS-list.txt is the ASN file.  One way of keeping memory usage down is not to
provide ntop with the file.  That's why it's just a warning.

To keep ntop from demonizing, you need to pull the -d option / it's separate
from -K.

Burton,

Thanks for the assistance. I can't get ntop to run in debug mode at all. It
slides into daemon mode regardless of the -K option. Using --enable-debug
causes it to spit out all help options. The logs do show it switching to
user ntop. They also show some AS-list.txt file is missing.

I used the ntop-3.1-1.2.el4.rf.i386.rpm to install with.
I've just removed the rpm using -e and am now downloading the cvs. I'll let
you know if I'm still having problems after installing it from cvs.
