Libpcap won't work, because the NIC is wireless...this feature must be
supported in the drivers for wireless cards.

You need the libpcap equivalent for windows (google for winpcap)
It will do promiscuous (sp?) mode on the NIC

My understanding - given the little experience I have with a popular
sniffing tool - was that Windows won't do promiscuous mode..or not
"real" promiscuous mode (whatever "real" means in that context).
